Select rapid tests are run on site for fast answers. Other lab work is sent to an outside lab, so those results can take up to 48 hours.

DOT Physical

Department of Transportation medical exam for commercial drivers. Self-pay only — insurance is not accepted for DOT exams. Call ahead to confirm a certified examiner is on site.

Standard walk-in visit without insurance. All self-pay visits start at $100 and depend on the other services provided during your visit; the balance is due at the time of service.

A photo ID and your insurance card are required to check in — or a clear photo of the front and back of your card.

Photo ID Required — driver’s license, state ID, or passport
Insurance card Required — the card itself or a photo of its front and back.
Current meds list Names & dosages if you can — a phone photo works.
